TaeKwonDo Plus

I started my training in 1985 while stationed in Mobile, AL with the US Coast Guard. When I got out, I moved back home to Chattanooga, TN and continued training. In March 1994, I moved to Louisville, KY to open my own school where I taught for 11 wonderful years. It was through TKD, I met my wife and some my best friends. Unfortunately, everything has a season...and in November 2005 I closed my studio and switched careers.

TaeKwonDo is a wonderful sport and a great system of self-defense. Not everyone becomes a great fighter through training in TKD but everyone becomes a better person for training. I believe it enhances everything and every aspect of your life.
